Danse avec des accessoires - French Dance With Props Assignment

Here is a great resource to use in your classroom if you teach Dance in French! This French Dance With Props Assignment (Danse avec des accessoires) provides students with an opportunity to learn the importance of using visual aids to support and enhance their dance performance!

Students will work in groups to incorporate the use of one prop or material into a dance piece they create. They will practice and perform their dance with music in front of the rest of the class. After presenting, they will then write a reflection piece where they analyze the different elements of dance, as well as their own strengths and areas for growth. This product directly meets the Overall Expectations in the Ontario Dance curriculum!
