End of Year Staff and Teacher Awards

These End of Year Staff Awards are the perfect opportunity to acknowledge the staff members who go above and beyond, to recognize a range of teacher accomplishments, and also to make fun of our unique personalities or quirks!

As a member of my school’s Social Committee over the years, I’ve made it an annual tradition to host a Staff Awards Ceremony at our end of year party!

I send the staff a Google Forms™ survey well in advance of the party with a list of the awards and descriptions, followed by all of the staff members’ names. They have to choose one person for each award and the staff member with the most votes wins the certificate and some sort of prize. It’s always such a good laugh at the party, having the staff give me a “drumroll please!” and cheering for the winners.

It's a very fun way to celebrate the end of another school year!
