Fairy Tale Dance Assignment - Handout + Rubric

This Fairy Tale Dance Assignment teaches students how to use dance as a language to explore, interpret, and communicate ideas that are derived from a literature source. In groups, students will create a short dance performance without music to tell the story of a chosen famous fairy tale. They will then perform their dance piece to the rest of the class.
