Step Dance Unit - PowerPoint Presentation, Videos, Assignment, and Rubric

Get your students excited for Dance class and keep them engaged with this Step Dance Unit! First, students will learn about the origins and meaning of Step Dance via a PowerPoint presentation. Within the PowerPoint, they will watch videos and participate in learning Simple/Beginner Step. Then, they will work in groups to choreograph and perform a minute-long Step Dance routine where they must consider all of the Elements of Dance.
